While there has been much controversy over the precise time of day that America was born, most professional astrologers (with the exception of a small group) accept that the United States came into being on July 4, 1776 -- at the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. A vast number of literary features and many astrology books have been written solely on the subject of America's birth. The following story is taken from the terrorism series I wrote back in 2001-2002 after the events of 9/11. It is Part II and was written the day after September 11. Nothing has been changed in this article! Part I is given under the section entitled World Trade Center.
