The birthcharts for the dates and times when Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron were discovered are incredible powerhouses in the field of Mundane Astrology. My own careful research over the years reveals that ALL the celestial placements in these maps are active and influential. The most potent locations are the degrees in the zodiac where each outer planet was found. The Neptune discovery chart is presented in an article in our section about What is Astrology.
